Our education and advocacy programmes in Pangti, Doyang, Sungro, Okutsu villages of Nagaland have come a long way in curtailing hunting of Amur Falcon. Eco-clubs for children set up to create conservation awareness has become so effective that they now influence village council decisions. Pangti, which has the maximum number of former hunters, has signed a resolution against hunting and the use of air guns.
